What is acne?
Acne is the most common skin condition with 85% of the population between the ages 12-24 suffering from some level of acne. Zits, blemishes, and pimples often appear on the face, back, chest, neck, and shoulders, where skin contains a large amount of oil (sebaceous) glands, due to bacteria outbreaks called Propionibacterium acnes (P. acne). What can I expect during treatments?
Depending on the condition of the patient, we may recommend one of several treatments of IPL.
What can I expect from the results?
Clearer skin, reduced redness, smoother skin surface, and a surefire confidence boost.
What to expect after treatment?
Your skin may feel warm and tight and look red for one to three days. During this period, use a delicate cleanser and moisturizer as needed to soothe skin irritation. Avoid swimming, strenuous exercise and excessive sun exposure immediately after.
